Immerse yourself in rhythm for two and a half days. Together we explore rhythm and its importance in negotiating life in the post-modern world. As our lives become increasingly complex, we need to find an alternative to the pervasive random stimulation of day-to-day life by discovering inner silence. In the TaKeTiNa circle, we invite you learn with the whole body, combining your voice with simple step patterns and claps.
